My name is Michelle Inness and I’m a female PT and the founder of “FitInness” based in Hove, UK. I’m a Level 4 Strength & Conditioning PT and CrossFit Coach, blending professional expertise with real-life experience.
I started in my 40s, after 2 children having never having lifted a barbell. Training showed me how strong, capable, and resilient the body can be and how that strength carries into everyday life.
Since then, I’ve completed a 100-mile ultramarathon, a rowing marathon and competed at the Hyrox World Championships and many CrossFit events. Along the way, I’ve helped many people discover their own strength and achieve goals they never thought possible.
